Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, with no penalty or cancellation fees. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after 24 hours but before the order has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be charged.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
